Alles begann in der K\u00fcche von Yaya Efterpi, unserer Gro\u00dfmutter mit einem gro\u00dfen Herzen. Jeden Sommer in Griechenland begr\u00fc\u00dfte sie uns mit dem s\u00fc\u00dfen Duft von Pita-Brot, das gerade aus dem Ofen kam, einem L\u00e4cheln, das die Kilometer wegwischte, und einem immer \u00fcberf\u00fcllten Tisch. Bei ihr sagte man nicht „Guten Tag“, sondern „Hast du Hunger?“. Es ist diese Gro\u00dfz\u00fcgigkeit, die Lust am Teilen und die mit Liebe \u00fcberlieferten Rezepte, die wir in Biel wieder aufleben lassen wollten. Bei GREEKA ist jedes Gericht eine Hommage an Yaya Efterpi: ihre sonnenverw\u00f6hnten Pitas, ihr Tzatziki mit seinen gut geh\u00fcteten Geheimnissen und vor allem ihr Sinn f\u00fcr Gastfreundschaft, der so herzlich ist. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Wir bei GREEKA haben es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, diese durch traditionelle und neu interpretierte Rezepte, hochwertiges Schweizer Fleisch, sorgf\u00e4ltig ausgew\u00e4hlte griechische Produkte, hausgemachte Saucen und einzigartige handwerklich hergestellte Getr\u00e4nke einem breiten Publikum n\u00e4her zu bringen.
